FORUM for participation in polls
Vote and earn FORUM for participation in platform polls. Confirmed participation counts towards rewards, regardless of the answer chosen. Take part in as many distinct eligible initiatives as you like.

The program budget is 30 million FORUM from the existing 91 million FORUM community programs pool, not additional issuance. Full distribution uses 3 million FORUM per year: 30,000,000 ÷ 250,000 = 120 months. The reserve is the program budget, not tokens already paid out.
How much you receive
Per qualifying participation = 250,000 FORUM ÷ all qualifying participations that month.
One participation is your confirmed vote in a distinct eligible initiative. We count participations, not people: each person may take part in any number of eligible initiatives. 50 FORUM is an example, not a fixed rate. The final amount is known after the month closes and participation is verified; a month with no qualifying participations has no payouts.

For example, with 5,000 qualifying participations that month, your 3 qualifying participations in distinct initiatives earn 3 × 50 = 150 FORUM.
Conditions
- To participate, you need a verified V2 account.
- Each person can be rewarded only once per initiative. Voting again or changing your answer does not add a reward.
- There is no annual cap on the number of eligible initiatives you can participate in. Extra wallets do not create extra qualifying participations in the same initiative.
- Exclude cancelled, duplicate, test and spam votes.
- Rewards are calculated for each month from verified participation. Distribution follows verification; rewards depend on participation, never on the answer chosen.
Participation is counted using confirmed vote records. Final rewards are calculated for the month after participation is verified and duplicates are excluded. Tokens are distributed separately, not immediately after each vote.

Paid once, for proving you are a unique human with an NFC passport. The amount falls as the network fills, so verifying early is worth more. 40% arrives when you claim, 60% once you have taken part in anything.

One million verified humans exhaust this pool exactly. After that, verifying earns nothing here — only on the other programmes.

Post an ETH bond, then get paid for verified work: publishing votes, uptime, catching faults. Priced per unit of work, never by the size of the bond.

- The bond is in ETH, not FORUM, so it can be posted before FORUM has a market
- 105,000,000 FORUM over 36 months — about 2,916,667 a month across every operator
- Paid monthly, in arrears, once the epoch has been scored
- Half of every reward locks for six months
- No operator takes more than 15% of a month; proven faults lose the bond

Who receives the first airdrop.
The first airdrop covers 2,180 users from the testnet snapshot. The initial transfer goes only to the 194 wallets that have already moved to V2. To receive your allocation, complete the migration to V2; until then, it waits for you and is not redistributed.

You do not need to claim the tokens manually. After you migrate to V2, they will be sent to your V2 wallet automatically. Until then, your allocation remains reserved for you and is not redistributed. The tokens will be locked in your wallet, and transfers will be disabled.
Honest limitation: this snapshot counts posts and donations. Votes could not be recovered from the public feed, so someone who voted often but posted once lands in the first band.
Community programs
91,000,000 FORUMOne pool covers referrals, the one-time claim for early participants, community prizes and participation programs. The voting program's 30 million FORUM budget is part of this pool, not an addition to it. Each program has its own published conditions.
Rules that hold across every program
Never paid for a vote direction.
Participation and verifiable work earn rewards. Choosing “yes” does not.
Participation is counted per verified person.
Extra wallets do not earn duplicate one-time rewards or additional rewards for the same participation.
Every program has its own budget.
Unspent budget never moves to the team, to backers, or anywhere else.
Nothing is sold.
The only way to get FORUM is to take part.
Program sizes are governance parameters, not commitments to any individual. They can change, and every distribution is published.
